Description
AHS Properties is seeking a polished and professional luxury real estate receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our esteemed clients and guests. In this role, you will embody the essence of luxury and hospitality, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our office. Your responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, coordinating client interactions, and supporting the team to deliver outstanding service.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests with a warm and courteous demeanor, embodying AHS's luxury brand values.
- Handle phone calls and inquiries professionally, directing them to appropriate team members as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages, ensuring timely and accurate communications.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars for executives and staff.
- Provide information about AHS properties, services, and offerings to clients and prospects.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area, demonstrating attention to detail and professionalism.
- Support administrative tasks, including document management, data entry, and filing.
- Prepare and manage client hospitality, ensuring a positive and luxurious experience.
- Assist with event preparation and coordination as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to support overall company objectives and enhance client experiences.
Requirements
- High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in luxury real estate or hospitality (2+ years).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Professional demeanor and appearance, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of luxury service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office equipment (multiline phone systems, printers, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle inquiries from high-net-worth clients.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
