Job description / Role
Luxury Rent A Car Manager will act as a first-line supervisor. The Ideal candidate should have an experience in luxury car rental industry, should be able to work independently and always promote the company image and possess the following additional competencies.
• Working closely with sales, marketing, operations, and pricing to ensure that targets are met.
• Maintaining strong business relations with corporate offices.
• Providing leadership and motivation to staff within the company.
• Handling sales, identify the customers specific needs and budget that works best for the customer.
• Create robust marketing strategies.
• Advertising new car fleet, special promotions, identify the marketing plans.
• Must be able to effectively train and develop staff.
• Training staff in different sales tactics that will help the team increase sales.
• Must have exceptional customer service experience.
• Effectively handling customer complaints.
Requirements
• Knowledge of RTA rules and regulations.
• Rental procedures as per RTA guidelines.
• Good oral and written communication in English and Arabic.
• Mandarin speaking candidate will be preferred.
• Previous experience in car rental is must for the position.
