Job description / Role
One of the regions largest retailers are actively seeking experienced, articulate and passionate Luxury Sales Consultants for stores across the UAE; do you have what it takes?
Candidates should have a natural desire to deliver a best in class customer service journey through; identifying client needs, offering advice and demonstrating suitable products, building relationships with key customers and ensuring store/brand standards are maintained in to achieve targets and cultivate customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet every customer in a warm and friendly manner, exceeding the clients customer service experience
- Identify needs through client engagement in an open and confident conversation
- Handle customer enquiries in a professional and efficient way
- Demonstrate and maintain product knowledge, fashion trends, in-store promotions at all times
- Maintain excellent personal grooming standards in line with corporate identity
Requirements
- High school qualification
- 3+ years in retail sales and/or hospitality experience
- Customer centric
- Ability to close a sale
- Excellent English language skills
- Pleasant personality
- Passion for luxury retail
