Our client is a leading local investment boutique providing advisory services to a range of private equity and corporate clients with sector agnostic scope.

The Director leads the M&A department by enabling team building, strategy development, practice development, and so forth. The Director M&A’s duties encompass the entire merger and acquisition life-cycle with a strong mix of operational and strategic aspects across workforce planning, talent management, performance management, etc.

Role:

• Candidates for this position must have had at least 10 years in working experience in an M&A capacity within a fast-paced, highly competitive, and dynamic environment, preferably working as an M&A Vice President
• The candidate will demonstrate in-depth operational and valuation financial modelling experience and an ability to originate new business through exploitation of existent relationships as well as the development of new relationships
• Autonomy to lead and run a deal from beginning to end

• Currently in a Senior Associate to VP level in a respected investment bank
• Strong execution experience with some exposure toward deal origination
• Proven management experience, overseeing, directing and providing coaching to Analysts / Jnrs
• Wide-ranging transaction experience across industry sectors and Middle East geographies
