M&A Integration Lead

Position Title: M&A Integration Lead
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 35,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A leading logistics and supply chain organization in Dubai

Job Description:
-Lead design and execution of integration strategies for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
-Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and commercial requirements during transition phases.
-Harmonize business processes, KPIs, and operating procedures between merging entities.
-Champion cultural alignment by facilitating communication, engagement sessions, and leadership onboarding.

-Must be bachelor’s degree at least in Business or related course
-At least 8 years total experience in M&A integration
-Should have related experience in logistics/supply chain/transportation industries/ The Big 4 with logistics’ client experience
-Expert in post-merger integration programs across multi-country operations is preferred

Salary:
AED 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
