M&A Lead - UAE National

Job description / Role

As an M&A Lead you will work on driving strategic transactions across acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures.

Description

* Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify M&A opportunities
* Perform due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation assessments
* Support transaction execution, including structuring deals and preparing documentation
* Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to drive successful transactions
* Participate in post-merger integration to maximize value creation

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
* 3-6 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory
