Job description / Role
Our client, an industrial company located in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is urgently looking for a Machine Operator.
The main responsibilities of the Machine Operator we are looking for will include but are not limited to:
• Function as the Operator for the Prime, Powder or Liquid Coating Station
• Perform Prime, Powder or Liquid Coating Application as Per the NOV Tuboscope Standard Operating Procedure
• Verify through visual inspection that the pipes are suitable for coating
• Perform necessary qualification test by the use quality control gauges to verify that the pipes meet the SOP
• Inform the Coating Plant Foreman or his designee if any disturbance or irregularities in the production flow occurs
• Records Daily Production Reports, Quality Assurance/Control Reports and all necessary Reports regarding operation
• Follow all the Company HSEMS, QMS, policies and procedures
• Perform other duties that maybe assigned by the Plant
Requirements
To be considered for the role, you must meet the following criteria.
• Two years’ experience in an industrial environment preferred
• Position open for candidates outside from oil and gas
• Secondary education
• Training certificates are plus
• Capable of communicating in English and reading written instruction
• 5S Training is a plus
