Machine Shop Supervisor

Job description / Role

• Assist in Technical Support to Purchase Department & Machine Maintenance and Repair.
• Experience in Staff Selection and Training is Essential.
• Capable to Handle Machinist Performance & Machine Efficiency (OEE).
• Experience in Estimation of Cycle time is required.
• Experience Maintenance and Repair and New Manufacturing Capability.
• Knowledge in New Product Development is Necessary.
• Must Have Experience in Process Inspection and Handling Knowledge of Measuring instruments.
• Able to work Overtime and under Pressure when necessary.

Requirements

• Must Have Knowledge in 5 Axis CNC Milling & added advantage if have additional experience CNC Turning, Lathe & Heavy-duty Support Machining.
• Knowledge in MS Office, AutoCAD & Mastercam Programming is Necessary.
• Capable to Handle API Connections and Related Jobs.
• Knowledge of Review Drawings, Tolerances, Process Selection, Tooling’s and cutting Parameter Selection is Necessary.
• Must Have at least 2 years’ Experience in Oil & Gas Industries
• Tool Room Experience in 2 years is added advantage.
