Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Will be responsible for to supervise and train the team with the appropriate skills to deliver a beneficial business and ensure all targets are achieved and to excel in the areas of operational excellence, delivering performance and customer / client satisfaction, to achieve objectives by enforcing Company policies, procedures and guidelines.

• Cash management
• Opening and closing the store/preparing for the shift to brand standard
• Ordering consumables / food
• Monitoring / delivering service to brand standard
• Ensuring our service standards are met by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and food products in a friendly, fast paced and upbeat environment
• Delivering a high level of customer service and interaction
• Training all team members to next Barista level
• Health & Safety/Food Safety checks
• Other relevant duties as and when required

Requirements

• 5 years proof of experience or education certificate
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to work on shifts
