Magnifique Meeting Planner

Through your passion and motivation, you sell memorable experience to guests who stay in your property. You are professional and knowledgeable about your property, and you build strong relationships and create bond with your guests.

What you will be doing:

- Receive and convert incoming enquiries to ensure department reaches financial targets
- Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the team
- Manage an events schedule to maximize yield
- Focus on an up-selling approach
- Build strong relationships with customers, identifying and fulfilling their needs
- Be a team player and build strong relationships with Hotel team
- Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds
- Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
- Participate in hotel promotional activities

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- At least 1 year sales experience in conference & events function
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
- Fluent in English and French languages
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
