Position Title: Maintenance Director
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 30K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.
• Supervise maintenance staff, engineers, mechanics, and external contractors.
• Prepare and manage annual maintenance budgets, and approve and track expenditures on parts, services, and equipment.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with international maritime regulations.

• Open to Indian, Egyptian, Lebanese nationalities, Male, 50 years old & below.
• Proficient in budgeting, cost estimation, and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency and control expenditures.
• Must have a background in dry dock, refit, and shipyard operations.
• Experience working with superyachts, Mega yachts, or commercial vessels is an added advantage.

Salary:
AED 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
