Senior Technical Facilities Manager, Healthcare - Dubai, UAE - Big Fish
Our client is a leading international FM company. They have a portfolio of blue chip clients and manage TFM (Hard and Soft) services across multiple property types including: Commercial, Retail, Education, Health and Aviation. Currently they are seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their Dubai based, operation. Based at a large Hospital site, the successful candidate will manage a team of blue collar workers delivering hard services, including: Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical and Plumbing.
Candidates must be degree qualified and in an engineering discipline and should have experience in managing a large technical team within the healthcare sector, ideally at a large Hospital. They should have excellent written and spoken English and be able to communicate well, ensuring client satisfaction and development of the relationship. This is an excellent opportunity for a career minded individual to join a rapidly expanding organisation.
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of experience in Facilities Management
- Degree qualified in Engineering
- Experience managing Hospitals, Health Care divisions
- Experience in Middle East
- Good leadership and communications skills
- Good report writing skills
- Experience in managing a blue collar technical team
