Position Title: Maintenance Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family inusrancre

Job Description:
• Lead maintenance team, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols.
• Implement preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
• Oversee budgets, inventory, and manage external service providers.
• Track maintenance activities, generate reports, and identify process improvements.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facility Management, or related field
• Proven maintenance management or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of machinery, equipment, and building systems
• Technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Salary:
AED
14,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
