Position Title: Maintenance Manager F&B
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 13K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A well-known F&B group based in Dubai specializing in international cuisines and now expanding to hire in their head office Maintenance Manager F&B

Job Role:
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
• Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Maintenance activities
• Effectively delegate any maintenance issues to be resolved on each shift and small projects to the right skills in the team, planning and managing effective works
• Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of branches
• Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively

Requirements

• Open to Asian or Arabic nationals
• Male, 45 years old and below
• Diploma or certification in a culinary discipline
• At least 5 years’ experience working in a similar position in a restaurant or hotel
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
