Maintenance Site Manager

Division

KBR is looking for a site manager to support the maintenance of crude flexibility project critical equipment at Adnoc Refining, Ruwais, Abu Dhabi.

Summary

Provide day-to-day management, monitoring and oversight of activities for the maintenance and lead the complete team.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring maintenance resources provide a productive, efficient and cost-effective execution of maintenance schedules across work area.
• Support deployment of services in various areas as per workload.
• Coordinate and support in planning of services.
• Ensure that the services are performed safely and as per requirements.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and keep daily attendance and report absenteeism. Coordinate with supervisors for any requirement of any extended time work for any craft and arrange accordingly.
• Ensure the safety of all employees mobilized; ensure adequate PPEs as per the contractual requirement are availed at site.
• Ensure transportation arrangement for employees are well coordinated and they enter refinery well ahead of time.
• Coordinate for any emergency transportation during duty hours and off-duty hours to bring people for site to refinery and vice versa for emergency works.
• Settle grievances of employees with management.

Qualifications

• Any bachelor degree or diploma from a reputed university or institution.
• Able to communicate in English and Arabic fluently.
• Maximum 35-45 years of age.
• Has minimum 10 years experience in working at oil and gas industry.
• Has a strong understanding of HSE procedures and compliance to requirements.
• Must be able to lead and communicate well at all levels.
