Job Description:
- Responsible overseeing all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of an organization's facilities.
- Effectively delegate any maintenance issues to be resolved
- Responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of refrigeration and cooling systems, HVAC (small to medium) of restaurants or cloud kitchen or commercial kitchen

Qualifications:
- Male, 40 years old and below
- At least 3 years’ experience in the same role; AutoCAD experience is a must
- Must have a solid understanding of plumbing and electrical systems, carpentry, and HVAC
