Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the daily operation, repair and maintenance of the HVAC System and also the supervision and scheduling of technicians and shift engineers.

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Responsible for routine general maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment as directed Engineering Manager.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance on all equipment as assigned.
- Liaise with AMC vendors for PPM and required maintenance works
- Documentation of PPM records, history of repair works and cost.
- Work in shifts as required.
- Supports other Engineers as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
- Update records associated with refrigerant usage as per required law.
- Ensure cleanliness in assigned workspaces

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Previous HVAC experience is a must
- Proficient in the English language (verbal & written)
- Minimum one-year Engineering Trade Course certificate or Technical Diploma
- 3 years hands-on experience working in respective trade
- Previous Hotel experience an asset
- Experience Working in the UAE is an asset
- Must be flexible in terms of working hours
- A self-starter, take initiative, can make decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Computer literacy in Windows, MS Office Suite, and Fidelio PMS systems is recommended
- Experience in scheduling, implementing and documenting Perpetual
- Preventative Maintenance programs.
