Maintenance Team Coordinator

Job description / Role

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Team Coordinator to join our team. This role requires someone with strong maintenance knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, and administrative skills to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment, identifying and addressing issues promptly.
- Handle plumbing tasks such as repairing leaks, clogs, and installing new fixtures.
- Conduct electrical repairs, including replacing light fixtures, outlets, and circuit breakers.
- Perform carpentry work, including door and window repairs, shelving installations, and furniture assembly.
- Maintain HVAC systems, ensuring that heating and cooling systems are functioning correctly.
- Perform painting and drywall repairs as needed.
- Troubleshoot and repair kitchen and laundry appliances within the facility.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to improve the longevity of systems and equipment.
- Maintain records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.

We’re looking for someone who has:
- Strong background in maintenance and repair work.
- Preferably to have a good Knowledge in IT
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management systems and email for communication.
- Strong English language skills for effective communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
