Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Develop, plan, coordinate and implement maintenance activities, including machines and equipment repair and preventive/ predictive maintenance programs based on operational and manufacturer requirements.

• Maintain maintenance logs and issue regular reports
• Ensure suitable tools, equipment and materials necessary for maintenance activities are available and in good and safe working condition
• Review and analyze machines and equipment performance, needs and reliability issues, in coordination with Operations (machines and equipment user) and implement the required correction or improvement actions as approved by the management
• Monitor spare part/equipment inventory and place orders, in coordination with Operations, when necessary
• Monitor job orders execution and completion with contractors and service providers
• Plan and oversee all facility repair and installation activities
• Monitor and control maintenance costs as reasonably practicable
• Coach, mentor, train and develop the Maintenance Team

Requirements:

• Background in Maintenance in a Manufacturing environment.
• Engineering degree or mechanical apprenticeship
• Computer Skills
• Managed maintenance team
• Hands on position
• UAE driving license

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Overtime
