Maintenance Technician

Job description / Role

• Respond promptly to breakdowns at F&B outlets, conducting on-site repairs for kitchen appliances, refrigeration units, and MEP systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues to minimize operational downtime.
• Support routine checks and repairs to ensure all equipment and systems operate efficiently.
• Coordinate with outlet managers on maintenance needs, document actions taken, and update records at the head office.

Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A well-known restaurant group with unique concepts across Middle East.

Qualifications:
• 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• At least 1 year of UAE experience in the same role across F&B outlets/restaurants
• Must have knowledge of repairing kitchen appliances and systems
• Expertise in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
• Should have valid UAE Driver’s License

Salary:
AED 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
