MALE ARABIC DISTRICT MANAGER up to 12K AED for a Major FnB Operator in UAE

- Responsible for outlining a comprehensive recruiting and training program for store managers to follow
- Monitor the P&L reports for each store and develop effective ways to fill in any gaps between actual performance and company projections
- Prioritize store performance issues to make certain that the issues most directly affecting profitability are addressed first
- Immediately address any lapses in compliance with corporate policies or local, state and federal laws
- Act as a coach to the store managers and as a resource to each store employee to help inspire the success of each store

Requirements

- Open to ARABIC candidates
- Male, 35 years old and below
- Minimum 2 years of experience as District Manager or any equivalent position
- Background from well-known international F&B Brands
- Experience in managing multiple outlets
- Full understanding of P&L Management
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma holder, or any relevant certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership, multitasking and organizational skills
- Can start immediately (maximum one-month)
- Job Location: Dubai, UAE
