Job description / Role
Male Chief Accountant up to 15k Aed for a Structural Steel Trading Company in UAE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Maintain company’s financial health and increase profitability
• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual results
• Approve or reject budgets
• Conduct risk management
• Evaluate and decide on investments
• Supervise a team of Accountants
• Allocate resources and manage cash flows
• Conduct profit and cost analysis
• Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information
• Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations
• Consult board members about funding options
• Recommend cost-reducing solutions
Requirements
• POSITION: Chief Accountant
• SALARY: up to 15,000 AED full package depending on qualifications and experiences
• HIRING COMPANY: Structural Steel Trading Company
• LOCATION: Sharjah, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately (1-month max)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ANY nationality
• Male, 30 – 45 years old
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting or Finance or any relevant field
• With at least 5 years’ experience as Senior Accountant or Chief Accountant
• Must be Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant
• In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping
• Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models
• Solid analytical and decision-making skills
• Strong communication skills and leadership abilities
