Male, Emirati International Engagement Manager up to 30K AED+ for a Maritime Company in Dubai

- Open to UAE nationals
- Male, between 30 to 45 y/o
- At least a Bachelor’s degree holder or equivalent, in marketing, international business or maritime studies
- Master's degree holder is preferred
- Minimum 10-15 years related experience in International business, business development activities, marketing, strategic planning, brand management, sales force management
- At least 6-9 years of experience in a role with managerial and organizational control
- Worked in a marine authority, maritime information providers or industry trade associations in a senior role
- Worked closely in global markets, government preferred
- Knowledge of the international maritime market
- Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques
- Knowledge of relevant international and local laws, statutes and regulations
- Understanding the role of various social media platforms and its impact on engagement
- Knowledge of diverse cultures and customs
- Strong human and interpersonal skills
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Exceptional at networking, initiating, building and fostering relationships
- Communicates well, has clarity of expression with good listening and perception skills.
- Team player who can effectively collaborate and build working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and constituents to deliver desired outcome
- Ability to influence people
- Aware and participate in cost management both from a business and operating perspective
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Fluency in written and verbal English
- Can join immediately (max 1 month)
- Work Location: Dubai

Salary:
AED 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

- Salary up to 30,000 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications, plus education allowance, and medical insurance and air ticket for self and family
