Male European Chef De Cuisine Up To 16k Aed ++ For A Four-Star Hotel In Dubai
• Responsible for the daily operations of a single kitchen
• First-in-command on a day-to-day basis
• Managing all other food preparation employees, right from the sous chef to the pastry chef to the fry cooks
• European candidates are preferred
• Male, 33 years old below
• Bachelors Degree or any Culinary certification is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role
• Strong exposure in International and European Cuisine
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
• Experience in standalone restaurant and fast paced environment
• Good knowledge in leading a team and showcase fine culinary skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Can join immediately (max 1 month)
• Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary up to 16,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications with free accommodation, transportation and food.
