Job description / Role
Male French Executive Chef up to 37K AED++ for a French Restaurant in Dubai
• The Chef fulfils as a member of the management a very important task.
• Main target is to keep up the Culinary Standards in the kitchen.
• Will have a close co-ordination between Food & Beverage, Purchasing and Stewarding.
• Maintains our standards of quality, service and facilities in all areas over which he/she has responsibility and authority.
• Accounts for the overall smooth and economical running of the entire kitchens and is directly responsible for the Food Cost and the quality of the product.
• Signs for the production of the best possible food quality with no compromises to quality.
• Assists the management in supervising and implementing the Operational Standards as well as the Hotel’s internal rules and regulations.
Requirements
• Male, French national preferred
• 45 years old and below
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience as Executive Chef/ Head Chef
• Must have strong background in FRENCH and MEDITERRANEAN CUISINE
• Relevant culinary education and training
• Strong leadership and visible management in the front area, especially during main service hours
• Excellent communication skills
• Can join within 1 month
• Work location: Downtown, Dubai, UAE
Salary is up to 37,300 AED plus Education allowance, Air ticket (for up to 4 dependents), Furniture Allowance and Life Insurance, Medical Insurance (for up to 4 dependents)
