Job description / Role
• MALE JR. SOUS CHEF up to 4.2K AED++ for a 5-Star Hotel in Fujairah
• Ensure consistent and smooth running of food production
• Ensure effective stock purchase, its receipt and storage
• Ensure that required standards are adhered to in the production and preparation of food – in quality, quantity and safety
• Partly responsible for the preparation of kitchen cleaning rosters and the supervision of cleaning schedules
Requirements
• Open to ANY nationality
• Male, below 35 years old
• Culinary Diploma or any certificate is an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in Hotels and F&B outlets
• Strong exposure on A LA CARTE and BUFFET setting
• HACCP Certification is an advantage
• In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership and customer service skills
• Presentable with good hygiene
• Can join immediately (max 1 month)
• Work Location: Fujairah, UAE
Salary up to 4,200 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus shared accommodation, transportation, duty meals and incentives
