Male Mep Project Director Up To 45k Aed For A Leading Mep Contracting Company In Dubai

• Manage of all phases of projects from concept through design, procurement & construction and commercial.
• Conduct the site meetings in relation to project phases and progress stages
• Ensure an appropriate supply chain presence on site to improve production.
• Manage delivery of the all MEP works of all projects and related technical and commercial aspects
• Ensure necessary method statements, quality and safety documentation are developed and approved before start of works. Necessary liaison with Quality and Safety departments.
• Manage client relationships from initial project Start through to delivery of the project
• Ensure all shop drawings produced and submitted for approval on time.
• Manage and coordinate with the projects’ stakeholders including contractors/subcontractors, consultant, regularity authorities and utilities provider for NOC’s & permits.
• Manage the delivery of the project to meet time, cost, quality, safety and sustainability targets, ensuring risk is managed and targets are met.

Requirements

• POSITION: MEP PROJECT DIRECTOR
• SALARY: up to 45,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1-month)

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to TURKISH, INDIAN and PAKISTANI candidates
• Male, below 45 years old

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management and mechanical engineering or related field of study
• Minimum of 15 years of directly related experience in MEP Construction Works
• Advanced cost management, total quality management, business systems analysis, commercial and contracts, procurement and communication in projects
• With UAE Driving License
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
