Male Operations Manager for a Leading Manufacturing Company in Abu Dhabi

• Responsible for maintaining plant's operations including storage and shipping products
• Involved in full operational control of the overall system activities such as manufacturing, output, marketing, and other commercial activities
• Develop processes for maximizing safety, quality and productivity
• Ensure all required quality and regulatory standards are met
• Must have valid UAE Driving License
• Excellent communication skills

Work Location: Abu Dhabi

Requirements

• Open to any nationalities
• Male, 25 – 40 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma Holder, or any equivalent certification or training
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FIBC (Flexible, Intermediate Bulk Container) industry in UAE
• Excellent leadership skills and supervision of large work groups
• Strong knowledge/background in planning, operations and quality specifically in the Plastic industry
