Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Purpose: To provide competent office management and executive assistant support to the CEO of a holding company.  Traveling with the CEO regularly will be required to ensure the smooth running of the offices within the GCC.
 
Key responsibilities:
- Provide office and executive support to the CEO
- Heavy calendar and travel management, creating and amending a high volume of documents,
- correspondence and e-mails, to a high degree of accuracy and often to tight deadlines. Taking calls on behalf of the CEO maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.

Requirements

Male with native written and spoken classical Arabic with fluent business level English
- Have a good standard of education; a business qualification is desirable
- Have 2-3 years of experience as a VIP Family Office Manager and/or Executive Assistant
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent IT skills in MS Office
- Be organised and able to work to tight deadlines
- Be able to work independently or as part of a team and carry out all duties with total confidentiality.

The successful candidate will ideally be a male (with the ability to travel to KSA) with 2-3 years experience as a VIP office manager/executive assistant.  With a can do attitude, and excellent Arabic and English skills.
