Male Western Chief Operation Officer - Risk Management Company

Job description / Role

Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant role
Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
Experience in Fintech will be a plus
Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving

Requirements

Preferably British, Canadian, Australian or any Western Nationals
Male, below 50 years old only
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree holder is required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in successful operational experience
Can join immediately or max 1 month
Work Location: Dubai and United Kingdom
