Position Title: Mall Facility Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:

Job Description:
• Responsible for maintaining commercial building and shopping mall
• Supervise the security team, cleaning company, fit out work within the shop, maintenance work in the common area etc.
• Engineer responsible for facilities management of a shopping mall
• Responsible for maintenance of chillers
• Inspecting buildings’ structures, cleanliness and safety
• Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments
• Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
• Evaluating the condition of equipment or systems such as air conditioning, generators, lifts etc.
• Ensuring adequate lighting in all areas
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and Arabic nationals
• Male, 45 y/o and below
• Must have a degree in Facility Management or Engineering
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the same role as a Senior
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
