Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is hiring for a Malls and Retail Leasing Manager to join their team in the UAE. This candidate will be reporting directly to the Senior VP of Retail and be responsible for managing overall mall operations’ by effectively developing plans and budgets and monitoring its performance. The position requires the candidate to have hands on experience in acquiring, negotiating and concluding license agreements with new and existing brands in line with the tenancy mix and budget. The candidate will also be responsible of achieving targeted operational and financial performance objectives of the mall.

Requirements

The applicant will require a minimum of 12 years of mall management experience. The successful candidate will be experienced in operations, retail leasing, tenant relations and mall management. It is preferable that the candidate has experience within the Middle East market. The candidate must speak English.

The role will provide competitive salary package.
