Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for passionate Managed Print Services (MPS) Sales who will be responsible closings MPS deals within existing accounts in GIT.

Core Responsibilities:
• Approach each existing customer in DXB, JAL, AUH, AL AIN and SHJ to propose and sign MPS deals.
• Map accounts and build relationships with key decision makers in each account. Find out the full details of the procurement manager and other staff, IT manager and other support IT staff, Finance Manager, End users, Store managers or site managers ( if applicable ).
• Set up meetings with key persons and understand their printing environment including their locations and end users/staff. Involve Account Manager to set up meeting and ensure they are involved in the process.
• Obtain Information on their current printing fleet, any standing MPS or Service Contracts, their toner supplier and the costs they are incurring.
• Record all information systematically in CRM system.
• Build proposal around the best options to serve the customer’s requirement, obtain pricing from Country Manager and review to be done in contracts department before sending proposal
• Submit proposals to customers and follow up stringently with the assistance of the account manager.
• Obtain signed contracts and follow up with operations department to ensure smooth and timely implementation of the MPS.
• Remain in constant contact with the customer, ensuring their needs are met and any additions or amendments to their contract are made if necessary in the future.
• Accurate sales data (visit, presentation, customer details) entry on ERP (MaxSales and VD) for all activities is mandatory.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• UAE DL is a must.
• Must have minimum 6 years experience in MPS sales.
• An outgoing and likable personality.
• Confident and authoritative speaker.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Confidence in your own abilities.
• High degree of self-motivation.

• Resilience and persistence.
