Employment: Full Time

Position: Management Assistant (Temporary – 6 months)
Division:Dairy
Location:NME HO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Reports To: Business Executive Officer (BEO)
Major Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage and update the calendar of the Business Executive Officer based on meetings
• Follow up on the monthly report and weekly plan with different team members across the Middle East region
• Follow up with the team on the monthly meetings presentations
• Coordinate, arrange, and run logistics for staff meetings and a variety of other Nestlé meetings including preparing meeting materials ahead of time
• Prepare all documents required for travels and meetings
• Arrange for external meetings, workshops and bookings (hotel, dinner, entertainment, meeting room set-up, stationary and other logistics)
• Arrange and coordinate complex travel schedules, accommodations and travel logistics
• Consolidate the minutes of meetings and send it to the concerned stakeholders
• Communicate with other departments in order for business to run smoothly
• Utilize various PC software packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the manager and the team

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role
• UAE Residence Visa (Husband/Father)
• Very good memory, positive and energetic
• Ability to deal closely with contacts and build strong, sustainable relationships
• High computer literacy
• Very good time management skills
• Passionate about the job
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
