Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

G4S is currently looking for a Management Information & Reporting Clerk for our Cash Services Division. Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible in gathering operational data and information and prepare and maintain various reports for internal and external consumption of the Division.

Responsibilities and accountabilities includes (but not limited to) the following:
- Receive daily data from operations on route [trip/van] performance
- Produce concise reports on our service levels from this data, daily reports and weekly and monthly summaries.
- Carry out analysis of reports and highlight areas that need improvement, and feed this back to operations for action
- Monitor operations to see if they action suggested improvement
- From data provided by operations and from GPS reports, identify routes that can be more efficient by reductions in overtime, or increasing the number of calls per route
- Sense checking of data and reports to ensure accuracy
- Following up with, and working with operations to ensure actions to improve service levels and efficiency are actioned and closed

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in any field from a reputable university
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in data capture and analysis, maintaining large & complicated data and managing operational reports
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally Access
- Ability to analyze complex data and convert them into reports.
- Excellent command of English, verbal and written
- Excellent reporting skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive & able to work with minimum supervision
