Charterhouse is proud to be working exclusively with an exciting start-up investment company who is looking to hire a Management Trainee to join its expanding team based in DIFC. This Management Trainee opportunity will lead to a managerial position within the business.
In this role, you will be given the chance to work across various departments and gain an insight in to all aspects of the business. This opportunity will provide a fresh graduate with the essential skills and business acumen to become a world-class professional. You will be given the tools to strengthen your skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving and stakeholder management which are key competencies for a successful manager.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a fresh graduate or have up to 2 years' experience, and have aspirations of joining a company involved in technology. You will need to possess strong communication skills and an eye for detail. You must demonstrate your ambition, drive and commitment to this opportunity.
