Manager – Market Research Analyst

In this role, you will:


- Achieve a solid understanding of DarkMatter's products and services offerings and those offered by competitors
- Perform an ongoing competitive analysis by monitoring the activity and new product introductions of competitors
- Segment addressable markets for DarkMatter's different products and services. Assess key accounts' adoption of solutions relevant to DarkMatter's offerings
- Develop models on the evolution of the market and industry. Provide recommendations on DarkMatter's approach based on the markets and competitions likely strategic moves
- Analyze industry trends globally and identify threats and opportunities for DarkMatter
- Work closely with sales and marketing to enhance our proposals and our communication with clients
- Conduct market surveys and interviews to understand market dynamics, demand and supply trends in DarkMatter's footprint
- Collect data from various sources and analyze insights using various analytical and statistical tools

To bring your dream to life, you'll need:


- 5 years Market Research or Product Management in B2B technology sector required
- Understanding of Security and Digital industries preferred
- Ability to develop and drive analytical models, analyze quantitative and qualitative data
- Experience with GCC markets preferred
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Operational Research
- English and Arabic
- Familiarity with various data sources/providers such as Gartner, IDC
