Job purpose

The Business Enablement & Support Manager will be the single point of contact, advisor & advocate for ICT Commercial - Business Development into Business Support.

The role holder will support the development and implementation of the sales process for new and existing business across our business channels. This role will also define and oversee implementation and management of key sales tools as well as actively participating in the development, reporting and analysis of the ICT Commercial metrics, goals and forecasting. The role holder will also be the lead generator through registering and pre-qualifying EITC's ICT Solutions on customer's supplier portals as well as the internal focal point for all leads.

The ideal candidate will be highly energetic with a strong motivation to succeed with significant sales support, operations and analytics experience. S/he is highly organized, process driven and results oriented, and has a strong understanding around sales tools, be process-driven and results oriented. Manage the partner eco-system and will be responsible for building, maintaining and managing sound relationships with current and prospective partners.

The candidate will lead the pursuit cycle for major customer engagements which are highly complex and strategic in nature assigned by the head. She/He will manage assigned contract preparation with the stakeholders including partners/suppliers for the Master Service Agreements and service schedules. She/he will play a key role in negotiating the contracts including the schedules, highlights risks and ensure all contracts are completed efficiently.

This work is managerial in nature, needs to coordinate with other Managers inside the ICT organization and support teams from from EITC and partners and may require discussions, negotiations up to Senior Director & VP levels for approvals.

Requirements

Minimum experience:
• Minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant ICT experience with at least 5 years in a sales and/or business support capacity in Technology industry.
• Demonstrated experience in a holistic support to sales teams and partner management and / or vendor management experience in the ICT/ software/ technology industry.
• Exposure to lead generation and supplier portals
• Demonstrated experience in Sales tools as Sales Force, CRM, ERP, Lead Management and billing engines as BSCS.
• Demonstrated experience in to draw insights and actions from data; ability to develop volumetric and financial models that can accommodate multiple inputs from diverse data sources and be used for scenario planning and modelling
• High numerical, analytical, and organization abilities.

Minimum education:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecom or Engineering with preference for post-graduation and MBA.
• Sales Management certifications.

Knowledge and skills:
• Advanced user of MS Office suite
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
• Must have a high level of computer literacy and experience of using MS Office especially MS Excel as advanced user.
• Strong proficiency in communication, negotiation, project scope and management skills
• Time management, efficiency, the ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
• Excellent presentation skills
• Positive team player with independent and team-working and time/people management skills
• Strong organizational commitment, achievement motivation and flexibility with an ability to work under pressure and to tight/challenging deadlines
• Strong ability to think A to Z and identify risks, dependencies, assumptions and constraints.
