Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

?Job purpose
The purpose of the role is to improve and optimize internal processes, and to facilitate and manage development of policies, processes and work procedures that assures business vertical's (Commercial/Technology/Support Function) products and services are delivered as per customer's requirements, corporate polices and industry good practices

Requirements

?Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies
Minimum experience:
o A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the information and telecommunication technology industry
o Experience working on projects around Business Process Engineering/ Business Process Analysis and improvement initiatives
o Practical Knowledge or experience in telecom network technology related entities.
Minimum education:
o Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Electrical/IT/Telecommunication Engineering or any relevant field
o Master degree in business administration, quality management or engineering management is preferred
Knowledge and skills:
o Understanding of different process improvement methodologies and best practices and ability to customize process improvement models to fit du.
o In depth knowledge in Mobile & Fixed Fulfillment, Assurance & Automation.
o General consulting skills: facilitation, workshops preparation, presentation.
o Proficient communication and planning skills
o Fluent in English with good writing and communication skills.
o Conflict management & Problem solving skills
o Gap analysis
o Ability to work under pressure & to balance between long term and short term strategic objectives
o Knowledge of e-TOM framework, Lean Six Sigma is a plus
o Knowledge of BPMN tools, Process Automation tools is a plus
