Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose:
- Transform the Private Banking client experience, by delivering the key projects to upgrade the client digital platform, enrich client communications content, and improve other digital interfaces with clients.
- Ensure smooth execution on the ground, and communicate the changes delivered to generate excitement and create a culture of continuous improvement. Focus is on enabling the business to grow at double-digit rates.

Responsibilities:
- Review and understand key business policies and processes in Private Banking, with an emphasis on client experience and front office productivity. Identify critical pain-points, and articulate how planned / in-flight projects will solve them.
- Generate ideas and lead initiatives to improve the client experience and productivity of the Front Office Relationship Managers (RMs) and Client Service Managers (CSMs). This includes a mix of:
- Tactical improvements to existing practices
- End-to-end reviews of high-volume, cross-functional processes
- Supporting technology partners in ongoing enhancements to existing applications and in the comprehensive overhaul of the Private Bank's systems and platform
- Work with stakeholders to ensure robust design of changes and smooth implementation of solutions. Ensure sufficient buy-in across the organisation, including obtaining feedback and requirements from end-users, technology and operations partners, and obtaining required approvals from management at the appropriate Bank forum.
- Work with the local management team on different projects and ad-hoq requests as assigned by the manager.
- Occasional travel to Private Bank Centres outside UAE to align local stakeholders or work with local project teams in designing or implementing change initiatives.

Key Measurables:
- Projects successfully completed; business impact achieved from them.
- Effectiveness of execution in projects, within scope of responsibilities listed above.
- Feedback on quality of work by stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a change/transformation role of a bank, or a Front Office or business analysis role in a bank's private banking unit preferred.
- Strong skills in conceptual and quantitative problem-solving, aligning a broad range of stakeholders from multiple functions, and executing against a tightly-defined timeline.
- Excellent professional skills, including verbal, presentation and written communication skills. Proficient use of the English language.
- Experience in working with technology project teams, from the business perspective, a significant plus.
