Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Principal Functions:
- Responsible in contribute in design & Optimization of Sales Channel Incentives: optimize performance of Direct and Indirect Sales channels, by ensuring organizational alignment, effective cost control and increased productivity.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- SPOC for Sales incentives & commission schemes’ design and responsible to ensure alignment of the same with corporate priorities and targets
- Collaborate with Sales with main goal of supporting / recommending optimal, incentives and commissions’ schemes
- Assist in negotiations between Consumer Sales, Consumer Marketing and Business Marketing to set adequate quarterly / monthly targets and points for all products and services sold through Consumer Channels
- Recommend optimal breakdown of targets across various channels to SVP Sales
- Work closely with Pricing, Business Planning and Performance teams to develop the optimal incentives / commissioning approach for the full spectrum of Consumer products, services and channels
- Responsible for reviewing commission changes proposed by Sales channels
- Assist in developing business cases for new commissioning schemes and lead the discussions with Finance for obtaining the required approvals
- Contribute in regular review of incentives & commission schemes, identification & quantification of improvements (based on business cases), to ensure alignment with corporate priorities and targets and provide recommendations to relevant stakeholders
- Support in enhance practices (e.g. post mortem analysis, commissioning benchmark, etc.) to improve sales, revenue, profitability, customer experience, accuracy of business cases, etc.
- Recommend suitable market research methodologies as appropriate

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Finance and/or Accounting
- 5-6 (SM) 4-5(M) years of experience in Analytics, Pricing & Strategic Planning
- Candidate should good inter personal skill
- Good communication
