Position Title: Manager – Civil & Structural

Salary: up to 24K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus competitive staff welfare structure

About the Client:
One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.

Job Description:
-Lead the civil and structural engineering team for high-rise projects, oversee designs and drawings, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations, local codes, and international standards.
-Provide technical expertise, resolve complex engineering challenges, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
-Monitor construction quality, manage project costs, approve budgets and resource allocation, and ensure timely, efficient project delivery.
-Liaise with architects, contractors, clients, and consultants; mentor junior engineers; and provide regular progress reports to senior management.

-Male, 45 years old and below with a bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Chartered Engineer) is a plus
-At least 8 years relevant experience in civil and structural engineering, with at least 5 years in the UAE high-rise real estate and construction industry
-Proficient in structural engineering software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, Revit) with in-depth knowledge of UAE building codes, standards, and construction practices
-Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale high-rise projects, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle, risk management, and budget control

Salary:
AED 22,000 to 24,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
