What you'll be doing

The Cobranded Credit Card Manager is a strategic, hands-on product and partnership lead responsible for coordinating the end-to-end delivery, commercial performance and ongoing optimization of Chalhoub's cobranded credit card programme in the UAE. This role will lead integrations with issuing bank, technology, and fulfilment partners until done; BAU would be to own the Customer Value Proposition for the card; design and refine acquisition, activation and retention journeys across app and web; and drive revenue, engagement, and member experience targets.

This is a high visibility role with opportunity to scale the programme and grow into broader payments, financial products or loyalty leadership based on card performance.

Product strategy & CVP

  • Define and continually refine the card Customer Value Proposition (earn & burn mechanics, tiered benefits, welcome/retention offers) to maximize desirability, acquisition, and long-term engagement
  • Translate commercial objectives into product features, value drivers, and prioritized roadmaps
  • Benchmark competitor and market propositions to identify differentiation and upside

Project management & integrations (E2E)

  • Ensure, supported by the team Project Manager, the end-to-end implementation projects with issuing banks, processors, scheme providers, tokenization/gateway vendors, and internal tech teams
  • Lead project plans, timelines, UAT, go live readiness, cutover and postlaunch stabilization
  • Coordinate cross functional delivery (Product, Tech, CRM, Legal, Finance, Operations)

Partnerships & onboarding

  • Manage strategic relationships with issuing bank, card programme partners, and benefit providers
  • Lead onboarding of new partners into the CVP ecosystem, commercial negotiation, technical integration, operational setup, and service level definition
  • Drive partner performance reviews and continuous improvement

Digital experience & journeys

  • Own the card customer journeys across app, web, and partner touchpoints: acquisition (digital apply), approval/activation, card delivery, onboarding, reward earning/redemption and servicing
  • Work with Product & UX to ensure frictionless, branded flows and seamless integration with MUSE catalogue and benefits
  • Conduct QA, monitor funnel conversion metrics and iterate on experience to remove drop-offs

Commercial performance & analytics

  • With the Group Loyalty VP and Analytics & Insights team, track core KPIs: acquisition volume, activation rate, average spend per active card, retention, share of wallet, redemption frequency, NPS and portfolio economics
  • Produce regular performance reports and insight driven recommendations to improve ROI

Compliance, governance & risk

  • Maintain up-to-date programme documentation, terms and conditions, and partner agreements

Marketing & go-to-market

  • Collaborate with Marketing and CRM to plan launches, propositions, segmented campaigns, and ongoing communications that drive adoption and usage
  • Ensure synchronization of in-app content, catalogue offers and promotional calendars

Continuous improvement & scaling

  • Identify product, process, and partner opportunities to scale the programme regionally and expand benefit networks
  • Own postlaunch retrospectives and drive prioritized improvements

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or any related discipline
  • 7 years+ experience in product, partnership or programme roles with direct exposure to cobranded/payment card programmes, financial products, or loyalty partnerships
  • Proven project management experience delivering complex, end-to-end multiparty integrations
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience building value propositions that balance customer appeal and portfolio economics
  • Experience managing partnerships and onboarding new partners (commercials, technical integration, SLAs)
  • Familiarity with loyalty/CRM platforms and digital product delivery; experience with app journey design and UAT
  • Data driven with strong Excel skills and experience with reporting dashboards
  • Knowledge of local market and regulatory environment (UAE) is an advantage
  • Collaborative, adaptable and able to navigate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
