Manager - Commercial Delivery - Upcoming Position

Job Purpose:

You will provide overall project management and governance across all commercial projects, covering both Dubai International Airport & Dubai World Central. Manage and oversee the delivery of commercial projects through the full project lifecycle, from design to handover at site; varies from tenant fit-out units, shops & restaurants, to airline lounges, offices, and commercial districts.

The role will include managing the outsourced Retail Delivery appointed consultants.

You will be communicating at a variety of levels both internally and externally to develop and maintain strategic and collaborative relationships with stakeholders including Tenant consultants and contractors.

Requirements

Qualifications and Education:

- You shall be educated to a Bachelors' degree level or equivalent professional qualification.
- Architectural Engineering or Engineering degree is Preferred.
- PMP certification (Preferred)

Experience:

- Your background shall be within a commercially driven organization or a retail / F&B environment, and is used to project management, monitoring compliance, tracking and communicating progress to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget.
- A minimum 7 years of work experience, of which at least 5 years under project management.

Skills/Training:

- Proficiency in software tools, including MS Projects, Excel and 2D AutoCAD.
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
- Ability to influence to ensure all relevant actions are completed.
- Ability to think outside the box and respond to business demands.

Knowledge:

- In depth technical understanding around retail & commercial Fit Out processes and materials.
- Knowledge of full project life cycle and project management tools.
- An appreciation of global best practices in project management and commercial delivery.
- Airport experience is desirable.
