Responsibilities

• Must have managed a team of specialists in executing the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities independently.
• Fully familiar with procedures and other requirements associated with commissioning.
• Should demonstrate leadership during the implementation of the above important activities in large projects and have its test run and plant acceptance.
• Responsible for the overall management of the PMC commissioning teams including construction engineers and construction supervisors.
• Coordinate all commissioning activities for the project.
• Ensure all aspects of commissioning work scopes are being effectively managed and performed by EPC and other construction contractors.
• Ensure construction contractors are adhering to project HSSE and quality standards.
• Ensure PMC construction personnel are competent to perform their duties relating to the scope of work as identified in the contract.

Minimum Qualification

• A degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience in major oil/gas, refinery projects.
