Job Purpose:

• Provide support to Section Head to implement effective and efficient property management services to an allocated portfolio of Owner's Association clients of Community Management Operations and strata - owner association properties in order to meet or exceed customer expectations and achieve targeted revenues, profitability and growth aligned with the corporate Vision, Mission and Strategy.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide support in the efficient implementation of the plans related to Owners Association for effectively managing the customer expectations and to develop and maintain pre-determined standards of Customer Service.
• Conduct site visits to all buildings in assigned portfolio and provide support in arranging the meetings of the executive committees of buildings in assigned portfolio as per the requirement.
• Liaise with Facilities Management to ensure all essential services for assigned portfolio are up to date and all agenda items requiring action are completed in a timely and efficient manner in order to achieve increased customer satisfaction.
• Support Section Head in reviewing and issuing all official notices/agendas/ mom's/memo's/letters going out of the office to the assigned portfolio and ensure the correspondence is in line with company policies and procedures, as well as prepare reports as may be required to fulfill the administrative requirement of the job.
• Receive phone calls and written correspondence relating to the management of buildings within your portfolio and respond to all in a timely and efficient manner.
• Responsible to attend all meetings of buildings within the assigned portfolio in order to ensure all the concerns are noted further actions and cascaded management decisions pertaining to Owners Association to the team members and ensure the decisions is being implemented by the team members without any fail.
• Support Section Head to liaise with Property Management Finance in order to ensure all the financial transactions for the building related to assigned portfolio are up to date.
• Prepare and review financial statements as and when required for providing the information to the management and undertake budget management responsibilities as directed by section Head.

Requirements

• Graduate/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Knowledge of strata law is a must.
• Knowledge of Financial Accounting and budgeting for strata schemes.
• Minimum 6-8 years' experience in a similar filed within the local market is an absolute must.
