Apply today to join our Marketing Division as Manager Cost Planning and Control Consumer; this is an exiting role that support's the Marketing Cost controller in driving all the activities related to operating expenses, direct cost and capex for Sales, marketing and customer care including but not limited to budgeting, planning, forecasting, reporting & analysis; driving cost efficiencies across function and ensuring budgetary controls and approvals for all expense areas.

Additionally duties & responsibilities include:
• Assist and support in building the opex, direct cost and capex budget and quarterly Forecast for Sales, Marketing and Customer Care Functions for Consumer Segment.
• Building opex, direct cost and Capex planning models and templates for budgeting and forecasting.
• Coordinate monthly cost accruals with respective cost owners and ensure correct booking in the financials by finance.
• Coordinate with each cost center owner for budgeting, forecasting and understanding monthly variances between budgets and actuals.
• Define and improvise monthly reports and ensure Monthly reporting as per cost center for each function.
• Ensure collection of accurate non-financial information for the purpose of cost efficiency indicators reporting.
• Establish and standardize data sources with the help of IT/MCI
• Prepare monthly variance between budget and actuals with reasoning.
• Establish Operational KPI’s for each opex item and direct cost for detail analysis on the reasons of variances.
• Creating management reports covering full detail of all cost items for Sales, Marketing and Customer Care
• Identify cost saving opportunities, risk and issues by conducting detail analysis on opex and direct costs.
• Support Cost Center owners & functional heads to maximize cost efficiency
• Coordinate with cost center owners, functional heads and finance for monthly accruals of all operating expenses and direct costs
• Ensure correct booking of costs and reporting by finance and work with finance in resolving issues if any..
• Coordinate with finance in restructuring cost center reporting as per changing business requirement track and update commercial and finance team on various cost savings initiatives across sales, marketing and Customer care.
• Update all internal tools with regards to financial information and ensure consistency and accuracy of data.
• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures, ensuring the highest standards of financial management reporting and constantly seek and implement process and system improvements.
• Support in automation/UAT on monthly reporting to cost center owners and functional heads for their respective cost schedule with KPI’s.

Requirements

Post Graduate degree in Marketing or related discipline.

6 ~ 8 years Manager of Business Analysis, Cost/Financial Controller/Reporting preferably in a large Telecom/ISP environment.
