Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Principal Functions (Major Areas of Responsibility):
• Responsible for Unmanaged SMB Debt Collection
• Responsible for Unmanaged SMB Data Analysis and putting suitable recommendations

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Study and analyze all Unmanaged SMB debt and dunning data.
• Identify the trends, spikes, and issues effecting collection performance.
• Recommend and implement a suitable strategies and tactical plans for collection.
• Direct and manage Unmanaged SMB collection teams in managing the outstanding dues.
• Ensure that all issues, complaints and disputes are resolved in order to collect all dues.
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales team to identify gaps and put a suitable preventive plan for bad debts.

Requirements

• We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor Degree in related fields
• Candidates should have an experience - 10 years
• Candidates should have good interpersonal skills
• Candidate need to have experience in unmanaged SMB Data Analysis
