Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We currently have an opening for an experienced professional, with a background in Media content, primary duties would include:
- Develop e-vision purchasing analytics for all content requirements in order to optimize the cost and enhance the quality of the content acquired.
- Develop e-vision value-adding customer analytics to provide periodic reports to our main customer in order to enhance their go-to-market strategies and promotions.
- Define end-to-end e-vision customer analytics practice from systems requirements definition to senior management reporting.

Specific Accountabilities:
- Define e-vision market and customer segmentation strategy to identify synergy initiatives using customer intelligence.
- Define end-to-end e-vision content purchasing analytics from systems requirements definition to senior management reporting in order to optimize the overall content cost of e-vision.
- Define end-to-end e-vision customer analytics practice from systems requirements definition to senior management reporting and clientele, in order to increase e-vision value-adding services to third parties.
- Develop advanced analytical capabilities such as predictive modeling.
- Define content purchasing analytics and CVM activities with respective stakeholders.
- Share best practices in content cost acquisition and customer satisfaction definition, tracking and measurement.
- Research and benchmarking client services (eLife) to other IPTV, OTT services.

Generic Accountabilities:
- Provide advice and assist in the implementation of the end-to-end data analytics initiative with the objective to optimize the overall content cost of e-vision
- Provide advice and assist in the implementation of the CVM value-adding services to third parties in regards to CVM activities
- Conduct analysis for the optimization and streamlining of specified section processes to support the accomplishment of functional synergies and to enhance company performance and efficiency.
- Monitor, follow up and report on the performance and competence of the functional team, as required.
- Collate and review drafts of the financial and manpower budget for the area of responsibility.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in analytics, Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent.
- Preferred - Specialized training in data analytics and/or CVM
- 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in managing CVM section of a large TV and/or Telecom organization
