Job description / Role
Purpose: To provide strategic analyses on the office, retail, industrial, hospitality and residential real estate markets. You will be advising (semi) government entities, developers and private and institutional investors. You will undertake and coordinate development and research advice on large mixed use projects and have full delivery responsibility as well as undertaking feasibility and highest and best use studies, assess risk and financial feasibility.
Salary:
AED
30,000 to 40,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
- You should have a property development/ consultancy background;
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate markets in the UAE;
- Arabic speaking is essential to be considered;
- Flexibility to travel on a frequent basis to Saudi.
